Houses

Students are designated houses soon after they start at KISC. The houses, named after three of the eight 8,000 meter mountains in Nepal include: Dhaulagiri (charcoal), Makalu (purple) and Annapurna (teal/green). During the year, students participate in sports and music events and are encouraged to wear their house T-shirts, as well cheering them on. The events include:

• Zuala Cup (Basketball) - (Dhaulagiri)

• Swimming Gala - (Annapurna)

• Football Tournament - (Dhaulagiri)

• Music Festival - (Annapurna)

• Athletics - (Dhaulagiri)

The winning house at the end of the event is awarded a trophy; 2023-24 winners are shown in brackets.

House T-shirts are available in different sizes for purchase from the Reception.
